Rachel initially joined IEC in January 2020 as a part-time intern and joined IEC full-time in January 2021 as an Environmental Analyst. Rachel supports IEC’s laboratory operations by performing analyses on samples collected in conjunction with IEC’s water quality monitoring projects. Parameters Rachel analyzes include microbiological microbiology, chlorophyll, turbidity and total suspended solids. Rachel holds a B.S. in Biology from the College of Staten Island.
